Jim and Lisa, the dynamic duo behind a thriving plumbing enterprise. Jim with his extensive background in plumbing, brings a deep technical expertise to the company. Lisa, the one behind the scenes of the company works hard to make clients and staff feel like part of the family. Evenflo Plumbing isn't just about making plumbing repairs It's a testament to their dedication, expertise and unwavering passion for providing top-notch plumbing solutions with a personal touch.
Jordan Skipper - CFO
Jordan spent 4 years in the army as an infantry officer after finishing his Bachelors degree at OSU. He then completed his MBA with a focus in finance at Oregon state. He has experience working in public accounting and investment fund accounting and operations. He chose to work with Evenflo because of the people and the challenging and strategic problem solving. He enjoys running, watching football, and spending time with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
Wendy Wood - Customer Service Representative
I’m originally from Texas but moved to Oregon to be closer to my parents and my sister. I started in the plumbing industry on December 1, 2014, and I’ve loved it ever since. Listening to people’s plumbing concerns and being able to resolve them quickly is rewarding, and helping people is truly what drives me. Working at Evenflo feels like being part of a family, and that’s what I value most. Every day is different, which keeps things exciting and challenging. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, biking, traveling, and spending time with my dogs.
Gina Everett - Customer Service Representative
Gina’s appreciation for Evenflo stems from the company’s nurturing, family-centered atmosphere fostered by Jim and Lisa. Gina says “They even made it possible for me to have my dog alongside me at work!" Some hobbies that Gina enjoys doing outside of the office include making treats and toys for her dog, crocheting, embroidery, the outdoors and reading!
Robin Friend - Customer Service Representative
Robin is a newer member of the Evenflo team, bringing with her a strong background in billing and receivables. She’s quickly learning the ropes of the plumbing world and enjoying the challenge along the way! Robin loves being part of the Evenflo team because of the supportive environment and the opportunity to grow in a new industry. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, painting, and soaking up some fresh air—with a margarita in hand!
Vanessa Taber - Office Assistant
Vanessa enjoys working for Evenflo because of the flexibility with her busy school schedule and how she is able to get experience in marketing for the company. Vanessa’s hobbies include a range of activities, from snowboarding and camping to playing with her dogs and spending time with loved ones.
Charlie Herbert - Journeyman Plumber
Charlie recognizes the perpetual demand for this essential trade, making it a rewarding field to be a part of. At Evenflo, Charlie finds gratification in the vibrant community that we form. In Charlie's free time he enjoys activities such as gold panning, discovering intriguing rocks, fishing and swimming!
Kyle Smith - Journeyman Plumber, Project Manager
Kyle decided to pursue a career in plumbing because he enjoys helping people and he is very proficient at it. What Kyle loves most about working at Evenflo is the owners and all of his awesome coworkers. When Kyle is not being a plumber you can find him in his garden!
Mike Breaux - Journeyman Plumber
Opting for a career as a plumber, Mike finds joy in the dynamic challenges that each day brings. His enthusiasm for his role at Evenflo is fueled by the strong sense of the family camaraderie we share. Beyond Mike's professional life he enjoys hobbies such as fishing and listening to podcasts!
Keygun Perez - Journeyman Plumber
I grew up inspired by both my biological father and my stepdad. One taught me to love the gym and lifting weights, while the other showed me the value of blue collar work, using my hands, and taking care of others. That combination shaped who I am today. I’ve been in the plumbing industry for over nine years, and what I love most is being able to provide for my family while doing hands-on work that makes a difference. Evenflo feels like a home away from home for me, thanks to the supportive team and family-style atmosphere. Outside of work, I’m passionate about strength training. I compete in strongman events, and I take both training and nutrition seriously. Lifting weights, challenging myself, and striving for new goals in and out of the gym are a big part of who I am.
Jason Kanan - Journeyman Plumber
I have over 20 years of experience as a journeyman plumber and have been licensed in three different states: Washington, Montana, and Oregon. Plumbing runs in my family, as both my father and older brother were plumbers, and I take pride in continuing that tradition. What I enjoy most about this work is being able to help people while also getting the chance to meet new people every day. Working at Evenflo is a great fit because it’s employee-oriented and provides a supportive, low-stress environment. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, camping, fishing, and finding creative ways to repurpose things.
Timothy Cook - Journeyman Plumber
Timothy didn't choose to be a plumber, plumbing chose him! Timothy loves the family environment that Evenflo provides. When Timothy isn't plumbing, he enjoys the outdoors, surfing, kayaking, and hiking!
Noah Lev-Sieger - Journeyman Plumber
Noah’s career in plumbing was a natural choice, fueled by his pre-existing experience in the field. At Evenflo, he finds satisfaction in the great work environment. Outside of Noah’s professional life he channels his energy into woodworking and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Josh Hamann - Journeyman Plumber, Estimator
Josh chose plumbing as a career because he enjoys working with his hands and building relationships with every customer he helps. The family-centric atmosphere is what he loves most about Evenflo. Some hobbies that Josh enjoys doing in his free time include camping and sports, playing softball especially!
Kyle Lebar - Journeyman Plumber
Kyle decided to be a plumber because his father was a plumber and he enjoys hands-on work. He loves working at Evenflo because he gets to work with his family! Some of Kyle's hobbies include hiking, skateboarding and listening to music.
Braydon Lebar - Journeyman Plumber
Braydon chose to be a plumber because he enjoys helping people, Braydon says, “it is a job I see myself doing for a long time.” Braydon enjoys working at Evenflo because of how friendly and close the staff is. In Braydon’s free time he likes to play basketball, ride his motorcycle and camp.
Jason Schoell - Technician
I’ve been in customer service since I was 16, and after spending several years in management, I found my way into plumbing and drain work in 2007. Nearly two decades later, I still love what I do. Helping customers, solving problems, and seeing the relief and satisfaction on their faces is what makes this career so rewarding for me. One of the things I enjoy most about plumbing is that there’s always something new to learn. I like being out in the field, taking on challenges, and continuously growing my skills. What makes Evenflo special to me is the family-like atmosphere, the great people I get to work with every day, and the flexibility and freedom to perfect my craft. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, camping, traveling, going to concerts, or enjoying music. I’ve also been learning to play my electric bass guitar, which has been a fun new adventure.
Caleb Hardman - Technician
I joined the plumbing industry two years ago after finishing high school, and I’ve really enjoyed building my skills and being part of a trade where there’s always steady work to do. I like that every day brings something new and that I get to stay active and hands-on. Working for Evenflo has been a great experience because of the strong sense of community and the flexibility that comes with being part of a supportive team. It feels good to work for a company that values both its employees and its customers. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, camping, and spending time outdoors.
Cole Leibelt - Technician
I’ve been running heavy equipment since I was 15, spending my summers cleaning lots and digging lines for water, sewer, gas, and electric. I also worked for my uncle in Tennessee, where I gained valuable plumbing experience, especially in new construction projects. I’ve been in the plumbing industry for seven years now, and what I enjoy most is that there’s always something new to learn and do. After being self-employed most of my life, I really appreciate how easy-going and flexible Evenflo is—it makes coming to work enjoyable and stress-free. The team here is supportive, down-to-earth, and great to work with. Outside of work, I enjoy deep sea fishing, hunting, building and reloading rifles, rebuilding trucks, and pretty much anything hands-on.
Joseph Wittbrodt - Technician
Joseph enjoys working in the shop because he gets to help the plumbers get parts together and take them to the plumber. Joseph enjoys working at Evenflo because they are very welcoming and friendly. Some hobbies that Joseph does in his free time is golfing, bowling and hanging out with friends.

Tanner Everett - Purchasing Specialist
Tanner enjoys working in the shop because he gets to organize, order parts and help the plumbers be successful. Tanner says he enjoys working at Evenflo because “everyone is close and we treat each other like family.” Some of Tanner's hobbies include art, specifically street art, video games and comic books.
Caleb Lam - Purchasing Specialist
I’m originally from Tucson, Arizona, and moved to Oregon to attend Oregon State University, where I earned my degree in Finance. While this is my first role in the plumbing industry, I’ve quickly learned to appreciate the people who are in this field. Everyone works hard, takes pride in what they do, and cares deeply about the quality of their work. I enjoy being part of Evenflo because it truly feels like a team. Everyone supports one another, and it’s clear that what we do is more than just a job. The commitment to integrity, teamwork, and customer care makes this a rewarding place to work and grow. Outside of work, I enjoy watching football and golfing whenever I get the chance.
Eugene Asalan - Technician
I’m originally from the Philippines and spent six years working in Israel as an HVAC technician before moving into the plumbing industry. I’ve been in plumbing for two years now, and I enjoy it because I like working with my hands and I genuinely enjoy helping people. What stands out to me about Evenflo Plumbing is the teamwork and mentorship. From the moment I joined, the company welcomed me and treated me like family. There’s a strong culture of supporting one another, learning together, and taking pride in the work we do. Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, riding dirt bikes and motorcycles, and relaxing with online games.
