Evenflo Plumbing wishes to ensure our customers that we have continuity plans in place to deliver uninterrupted service and support to customers as we navigate the uncertainty with Covid-19. We understand that many may be going through financial difficulties and want you to know that we now offer financing.

We recognize that our services are of a special and often emergency nature. We remain fully committed to fulfilling the needs of our community even as potential demand of our services may increase with more families either choosing to, or being required to, remain home for extended periods of time.

Our technicians are required to check in each day to let us know that they are healthy and able to help you. In the plumbing industry, we are often faced with hazardous conditions, so we are prepared and have all the safety equipment required to be safe and sanitary. Our technicians are supplied with protective gloves, shoe covers, and protective masks. Disposable suits will be available and worn upon request or when applicable. Our technicians will be cleaning their tools and equipment after every job to insure everyone’s safety.

We ask that you please inform us if anyone in your home is sick or medically compromised. We want to be careful not to expose our essential workforce to any type of pathogens. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel service to protect the spread of the Coronavirus. Our practice is to not shake hands, have minimal intrusion into your home/business, no direct contact with anyone while in your home, and to keep the recommended distance. We appreciate our cooperation.
