Evenflo Plumbing is proud to announce that for the fifth year in a row, 10 percent of all profits for jobs completed during the month of October will be donated to breast cancer research through the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The foundation has, “Transformed how the world treats and talks about this disease and have helped turn millions of breast cancer patients into breast cancer survivors.” Breast cancer has impacted people all over the world; in the United States alone it is projected there will be over 260,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer diagnosed.
Breast Cancer is something that hits close to home for the Evenflo family. In 2009, Georgia Larsen, the mother of Evenflo’s owner Lisa Hardman, lost her battle to breast cancer. Jim and Lisa also had a cousin, Jody Paradis, who was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in 2017 and passed away October 2019. Additional friends and relatives of the Evenflo family have and/or are battling breast cancer. We sympathize with all families that have had their lives impacted by breast cancer and that is why we feel a need to help fight this terrible disease.
For the month of October, you will see the Evenflo family wearing pink Evenflo shirts at work with the breast cancer ribbon tied into our company logo. Our mission is to continue to raise awareness on this matter while also donating money towards research. Book an appointment with us for October and not only will you be getting the best plumbing service in the Mid-Willamette Valley, but you’ll be donating to a great cause! You’re one phone call away, 541-738-8853! If you have already had service for the Month of October, we thank you!
